IB Xtore — Fair Use & Account Etiquette
To keep service fast and reliable for everyone, please follow the rules below based on your plan type.
1) Private Screen on a Shared Account
What’s included: One dedicated screen/profile on a shared subscription.
Do
- Use only the screen/profile assigned to you.
- Stay within one active device at a time (unless your plan says otherwise).
Don’t
- Change the account email, password, recovery info, or global settings.
- Edit settings that could impact other users.
2) Shared Account (Common Login)
What’s included: All users share the same credentials.
Do
- Log in with the provided credentials only.
- Respect the device limit shown in your plan.
Don’t
- Attempt to change the login details.
- Delete or alter other users’ watch/listening history or profiles.
Note: Misuse that affects others can lead to suspension without refund.
3) Private Account (Full Control)
What’s included: A personal account under your control.
Do
- Manage settings, profiles, and preferences as you like.
- Use on multiple devices within your plan’s limits.
Don’t
- Resell or share access outside your household (unless your plan explicitly allows it).
- Violate the original service’s policies (Netflix, Spotify, Prime, etc.). You are responsible for platform compliance.
Rules for All Plans
- No illegal or unauthorized use.
- Provide accurate contact details (email & WhatsApp) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Non-compliance may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.
