Our refund and returns policy remains valid for 12 hours from the time of purchase. After this period, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

Refunds or exchanges are only applicable in cases where an issue arises due to an error or fault on our side.

As our store primarily offers virtual and subscription-based digital products, most purchases are non-returnable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Social media growth services (followers, likes, etc.)
  • Streaming subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video)
  • Virtual or digital goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or activation codes

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, such as:

  • Services that stop functioning before their expiry or only work partially
  • Social media services where followers or engagement drop significantly or remain incomplete
  • Items that are damaged, defective, or not in usable condition upon delivery
  • Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing may take additional time.
  3. Contact your bank to confirm whether the refund is in transit.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or promotional discounts are strictly non-refundable.


Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items or services that have temporary or resolvable issues. Our support team typically resolves such issues within one hour of detection.
